7. Manufacturing Lead Times

Sample production: 5–10 business days
Bulk orders: 15–30 business days
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (such as strikes, shipping issues, or raw material delays) will be communicated promptly. We strive to deliver every order on time, maintaining the highest quality standards.
8. Customization & Private Label
We offer full customization and private label manufacturing services, including:
Custom fabric selection
Logo embroidery or printing
Hang tags, labels, and packaging

9. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

11. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the goods. Clients must provide photographic or video evidence of the issue. Upon validation, we may:

12. Quality Control
We maintain a strict quality assurance process at every stage of production. However, minor variations in color, stitching, and measurements (within industry tolerance limits) may occur and are not considered defects.
Clients may request third-party inspections before shipment (at their own cost).

Any information shared by the client, such as designs, pricing, or technical specifications, will be treated as confidential. We do not disclose client information to third parties without consent.
Likewise, we expect clients to respect our business terms, pricing structures, and internal processes.
14. Limitation of Liability
ARY Sportswear shall not be held liable for:
Loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunities
Delays caused by third-party vendors or shipping companies
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific order in question.
15. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure in performance caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, war, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.
16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the USA. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in USA.
